Anne van der Meulen is an inquisitive architect who devotes herself with utmost enthusiasm to creating buildings that are good for the users and which contribute to a green and liveable city. The social housing of the Amsterdam School is one of her sources of inspiration: the aesthetics of the facade architecture, the human aspect, the colours and the organic shapes – buildings that people identify with and feel connected to/ Anne graduated from Delft University of Technology (TU Delft) and L’école nationale supérieure d’architecture de Paris-Belleville. She graduated from the Delft University of Technology in the Global Housing studio with a social housing project in Addis Abeba. She feels most at home at ANA when it comes to putting the social aspect in architecture first.
