Commissioned by Eigen Haard, ANA architects will work on the design for the new construction of the Nusseleinblok on the edge of the Nieuwenhuysen neighbourhood at the head of Slotermeerlaan in Amsterdam-West.
The demolition-new construction assignment of the Nusseleinblok is part of the new urban plan to renew the entire Nieuwenhuysenbuurt.
The new building will house 40 homes for families in the social and middle rental sectors.
