They have their own housing requirements, such as safe play areas for children and good visibility of outdoor spaces from within the homes. In the new building being developed by Eigen Haard and Hillen & Roosen, there will be 40 homes for large and small families in the social and mid-rental segments.
The design by ANA architects includes 5 different types of housing, including 8 two-story homes on the ground floor. The new Kop Slotermeerlaan offers space for residents of diverse ages and life stages. Commercial spaces will be realized in the plinth of the building that offer space for neighborhood amenities. The construction has started as of the end of 2022
