Vital and happy living
The concept was developed to meet the challenges of aging fun, vital, active, happy and meaningful. To this end, the housing needs of today’s elderly residents were researched and translated into a design that focuses on meeting and movement.

Moving and meeting at different scales

All homes are suitable for the elderly at every stage of life. They are barrier-free, have wide bathrooms and an extra room for hobbies or lodgers, and offer plenty of room to move for less mobile residents. Moreover, they can be easily adapted to changing housing needs and situations. Consider easily moving wall supports and merging rooms.

Erker home

Cluster house: two independent houses share a garden room.

Wide galleries and the lush courtyard garden with large trees connect the homes. These act as lifted streets where residents can meet. The routing through the building is tailored to a decreasing range of action with aging. Meeting and movement are encouraged at every scale.
